7. We don't take cases we feel we won't win. We turn down 75% of the calls and e-mails we receive because we don't feel they can win and we don't want to take your money.

14. Our lawyers all subscribe to Westlaw. (see Westlaw.com). We have access to hundreds of thousands of cases nationwide. In our opinion there is no more thorough database for immigration law on the planet. It costs us more, but if that is what it takes to win your case, that is what we'll do.

15. Our lawyers answer incoming calls. You will speak with a lawyer directly unless of course the attorney is on the other line. We make it easy for you.

16. Last but not least....you read item 12 and thought to yourself....they offer promotions??? What's that all about? Well, we live once and want to enjoy what we do. If we are doing 2 cases of the same type that month, we can offer you a special discount and benefit from the work we did. We enjoy marriage cases and often provide discounts for K1/K3 and Green Card cases.

We also offer the Priceline (TM) method of determining prices. If we just completed a major case and have a research team waiting, we can offer you a discount. We have staff that is paid whether they are working on a case or not, as this is a business. If we just completed a case and can have someone work, it makes sense to offer you a discount. Where possible, we will, so ask. Most of the time we are at full capacity but you never know.

We're not just starting. We have 17 years of cases in our experience base. We deal with some of the most complex cases in the United States. We are ready for most anything you present us to repair. Our research attorneys spend countless hours on Westlaw (a legal database with cases from the entire United States) reading and culling the best cases out there for your fact pattern. We work evenings, weekends and holidays (but we are only open during business hours) so that your case is completed on time and all of the required research is finished. We can complete everything from a simple marriage or fiancee case to a Supreme Court Appeal in 10 days or less.
