1. Easy access to legal help. On every case, we assign 2 what we call "front-end people". You will have a lead attorney and a person who specializes in forms and procedures. You will have toll-free numbers and e-mails for these people and they will know your case. Of course we have what we call "back-end" lawyers that spend their time conducting research and they do not speak with the public so you don't have many people to call and explain your situation to.

2. 15-day turnaround. Very few law firms can offer you this speed. Remember, the longer the case sits on the lawyer's desk, the longer you wait. Each day added to your case costs you at least $200-$300 a day if you are waiting for a work permit!

3. 95% of our calls are returned or answered the same day! No appointments necessary with us.
