Dearest Emily & Gus,
Over a week has
gone by since you first called us with the fabulous news about our L visa
and since then we’ve been struggling to find the words to truly
express our thanks to you.
The truth is that although
you now know us to be very ‘vocal’ people, words seem so very
insufficient a way to truly thank you for all you have done for us. We
were so fortunate to encounter you both in what is amazingly only a year
and some months ago and even happier now to be able to think of you as
truly special, dear friends.
However, it is your professionalism
in particular that we wish to pay thanks to in this letter. To thank you
for your dedication to our L1 case and your tenacity when we were wavering
with doubts as to a successful outcome.
It is to your knowledge,
experience, drive, determination, attention to detail, your understanding
and compassion that we pay thanks. As we know ourselves, as professionals,
it could be very easy to be nonchalant about our clients in what is merely
our day to day activities. However, you fought our case as if it were
your own personal battle and for that we can never thank you enough.
The impact, on our lives,
of you winning our case is truly meteoric as far as we are concerned.
We have plans, dreams and ambitions (and a heck of a lot of money invested)
and now we can look to the future rather than thinking of contingency
plans. So to that future we move looking forward to some truly exciting
and fruitful business activities and of course, to a continued friendship
with our two very special friends whom we hope to see so much more of
in the future.
We love you guys.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Dear Gus,
I would like to extend
my thanks to you and your employees for such a brilliant job. This means
so much to me and my new family in America. Now we can settle down and
build a great future together.
I am not one of the greatest
when it comes to filling out fomrs and paper work but with the help and
advice that you and your firm gave us, we managed to complete this process
without too much difficulty. Thank you again for helping me live a normal
and happy life with my new family here in the United States of America.
With Greatest Regards,
Michael B. and Family

Dear Gus:
I wanted to thank you
for again for helping with my CIS case. Please find included a present
for you that I had picked out but wasn't ready to be shipped until now.
It is just a gift to
show you that I really appreciate all the times you have talked to me
and helped my friends and make the right decisions.
You are a very kind and
sincere person and that is the main reason why I have always chosen to
work with you.
Thank you again for everything
and I hope I picked a present that you will occasionally get to wear.
As you would say
Warmest regards
Alex. B.

Emily,
I just wanted to personally thank you for going the extra distance while
I was in Cyprus. Because of your extra efforts we were able to get everything
completed at the Cyprus Embassy. If I have a girl when myself and Fariba
begin to have children, we will call her Emily!
Thanks,

"My wife and I just
want to say thanks for all your help. As you know, the 'process' can take
a lot of out of you if you don't have the best help available. You made
it very easy because you are the best. Thanks"

This is a letter of recommendation
based on my personal experience with Gus Soto. I inquired assistance via
a web site regarding my fiancé visa case. I had received a call
from Mr. Soto shortly after my initial inquiry and found myself very comfortable
discussing my case with him. After numerous phone calls to other INS lawyers,
I felt most confident with Mr. Soto. Despite the long distance, I never
had an issue communicating with Mr. Soto during my visa process. I sent
him my payment prior to completion of my case and he was very professional
in all capacities. Sincerely,
Julie Q

Thank you for putting
those materials together. They are very thoughtful and reasonable. It
gives me great encouragement that the case will be won. If we win the
case, then it will also be a good outcome for the US as well since I know
that YuYu will benefit others wherever she goes. YuYu and I are grateful
for your kind efforts. We also like to thank Emily for her patient assistance.
We hope to hear good news in the not too distant months ahead.

Dear Potential Client,
Exactly one year ago,
our family faced a crisis. My wife Masae and I had married three years
previously. Having both been divorced, we brought ten children to our
marriage ranging in ages form 7 to 22- 5 were in college, and all dependent
to varying degrees on our support. Soon after marrying, we had begun a
freelance, home based translation business, which had just begun to "take-off."
During the prvious summer, the workload was particularly enormous, which
stretched us to the limits and due to our neglect, we allowed Masae's
green-card extension to exceed the deadline. Requiring information from
the INS, I called their offices and both we and they discovered the error
at that time.
If you have had prior
dealings with the INS, I don't need to explain that they were after us,
and deportation became a very likely outcome of the oversight. The consequences
seemed incredible-do I stay in the US to raise our kids, separating from
my beloved wife? or do I leave the kids to be with her in Japan? What
do I do about the collapse of our business? Not only Masae, but her kids
faced deportation. It was unreal-perhaps you face the same, or worse.
In desparation we searched
the web and found Gus' contact information. Upon speaking with him, he
immediately assured us that we would be okay. We worked diligently with
Gus and his staff to overcome this crisis. Gus and his staff were outstanding
at keeping us in the loop. They handled the whole thing as well as we
could have ever hoped for, and eventually, we won!
Now we sit in our dream
home, and think what might have been if we had not worked with Gus. His
services are not cheap, but they are absolutely worth it-always remember
that you get what you pay for. We believe that the stakes are too high
with the CIS. Gus and his staff have our absolute highest recommedation.
Sincerely,
Carl

Having found your firm on the Internet, a call to their advertised
number connected me directly to the boss, Gus . After numerous ill-fated
attempts with other immigration "specialists" and lawyers, this
proved to be the first of many good omens.
A short dialogue ensued
where I was asked all the pertinent questions that he deemed relevant
to my prospective case and it became clear very quickly that he was willing
to take on my case and was more than confident the outcome would be favourable.
This factor was probably the pivotal point in my decision to retain AIA.
Being 6000 miles away and about to outlay the fees, I was cautious about
committing to any lawyer. I aired these concerns to Gus and he told me
firmly that he simply refuses to take on a case he cannot win.
One of the quotes that
stuck in my mind from that day was that "…we are a firm that
has a low volume, yet a high calibre set of cases, enabling maximum focus
on all cases taken on…" This quote was very quickly put into
action and throughout the complex process of petitioning for my visa;
AIA always made me feel like my case was the only case they were working
on.
The phone was always
answered directly, my calls always returned and I felt utterly confident
that every effort was being extended to complete my case, not only rapidly,
but also successfully. My case was by no means straightforward (as it
proved), and I'm sure many other lawyers simply would not have taken it
onboard.
Issues that arose throughout
were always tackled with confidence and patience and never once throughout
the process did I doubt that AIA would be unable to deal with these issues.
My visa has been approved and only after a visit to the embassy to get
my passport endorsed did I truly recognise the magnitude of the task that
AIA had undertaken. I was relieved of all direct dealings with the INS
and all the complications related to visa application.
To this end, I have absolutely
no hesitation in giving the firm the highest recommendation and will certainly
employ Gus and his excellent team for future visa services.
